Enjoy all the attractions of the area east of
Austin, near Lake Somerville

Giddings and Lee County offer small-town hospitality and easy access to the "city slicker" destinations in the region. Now, back in my rodeo days, I used to get around this area quite a bit, but these days it's a whole lot easier to just "surf" this here World Wide Web to learn more about the county. This way I can learn about pretty spots like Lake Somerville and events like the Round Top Antiques Fair. When I retired to the South Forty Ranch, one of the things I enjoyed most was all of the charming sights and activities that the surrounding area has to offer. There's more to do 'round these parts than I can twirl my lasso at. local1
